Tours of the ship?

I doubt they've ever given engine room tours, but since 9/11, there are no more bridge tours. The only tour they offer these days is a galley tour, and it's not really through the kitchen, but in prep areas.

I'm not sure if they used to give tours of the engine rooms or not, but like Cotton says, certainly not since 9/11.

On one of the other boards a couple of years ago (I think it was Princess), I read that you could write a letter to the captain for a bridge tour. You give it to the Purser's Desk when you board and you may or may not be invited for that. Worth a try, but don't even ask for an engine room tour. The person who wrote that had gotten a tour.
