katcrol Posted April 21, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 21, 2007 You may find this a silly question…………… We depart from Southampton on the 19th of may. Our 1st Port of call is Gibraltar on the 22nd of May. When does the time difference change? Is it at sea? Do the Staff on Board tell you, or are you just supposed to know? We are 1st time cruiser’s… its all new to us. Thanks you!! :)

He will tell you the ship's time as well. We sail the week before you! Have a great cruise....:D

cb at sea Posted April 21, 2007 #4 Share Posted April 21, 2007 There will be clocks all over the ship--they will all be set to whatever time the ship goes by. Make sure your watch is set to the same time when going ashore. Even if local time is different, YOU need to go by "ships time!"
