Do not qualify for US Direct - Help!

We are flying Frontier and they do not participate in US Direct. Infinity is docking at Ballanytine Pier in Vancouver and our flight leaves Vancouver airport at 12:55pm. There are 6 of us, one with a portable wheelchair and we all have lots of luggage. What is the quickest way to get to the airport, knowing that we travel slow with the wheelchair and 6 of us. How long does it take to get through customs? We can divide up if necessary. I have been reading that it takes a while and I'm concerned. (No problem arriving - we're coming a day early.) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We have only sailed in and out of Ballantye once and that was in 2002. We were off the ship about 9AM and at that time the wait for a taxi was over an hour. I think it may depend how may ships are over at Canada Place as the taxi will start getting stretched thin if there are 2-3 ships at Canada Place and one at Ballantyne. Might be quicker to pre book a limo. I have used Limo Jet Gold once before.
