Giada sails The Freedom of the Seas

Giada De Laurentis from the Foodnetwork sailed the Freedom of the Seas with her Behind the Bash tv show. It has been on three times this week, but I am sure it will be on again. She shows what happens in the kitchen when there is a big party. This time she features the executive chef and how FOS prepared for a big party for the United Fund. It showed all the effort put forth in the kitchen (Galley) and was enlightening.

I esp loved the part in the Boleros bar with Andre making the Mojitos! :) I hope he is moving to Liberty, as was rumored, because in 3 weeks I will be having him make my own Mojito! :D He seems very entertaining. I saw him on Freedom but just from afar, since the smoke near the bar was a bit too much.
