kajsb Posted August 8, 2004 #2 Share Posted August 8, 2004 Being a SoCal girl, when I watch the early morning local news, I'm usually treated to their webcam with the view of the Pride every Sunday morning. A wonderful way to start the day. :) Last Friday, when I was watching the same local news station but for the early evening news, I saw the Ecstasy sailing away. glrounds Posted August 8, 2004 #4 Share Posted August 8, 2004 LOL, Kathy. We obviously watch the same LA channel. :) Love to watch the PRIDE at her berth on Sundays and the ECSTASY at the same berth on Mondays and Fridays. The QUEEN MARY berthed right beside them give one a sense of continuity too. Kind of like the bataan being passed from one generation to another. :) Soon the PARADISE will grace our Southern Californian port. :)
kajsb Posted August 8, 2004 #5 Share Posted August 8, 2004 Gary, Isn't it so soothing in the midst of all the turmoil in the world to see those pictures of the Ecstasy and the Pride? For a few moments, it puts me mentally back on the ship. :) I'm looking forward to seeing the Paradise when she gets here. Since it's so close, I might just drive down for a quick look.
