I'm sailing with a cabin on level 6. Can't seem to find diagrams as to where I might be in relation to pools, windjammer, dining room, promenade etc. can anyone please help:)

Hi Carol, I sail 9-7-08 and I'm counting the days. Its good that we get to sail her from PC since it will be an easy drive from home.

You will be on the Mariner before me!! we won't go on her til her inaugural from LA to the Mexican Riviera - 2/22/09 =

Hey Martha...welcome to this thread...wondered when you would chime in...your cruise is going to be so much fun. We have heard so many wonderful things about the Mariner...and we are thrilled that she will now be home based on the West Coast.

 

And we are soooooo excited about going with Carol & Narce on the Innaugural West Coast sailing of the Mariner....it is going to be so much fun. And Carol just livens everything up....:D

 

Would be nice if you and Rod could join us on this cruise. :p

I'm putting together a Pub Crawl shirt for our cruise and would like someone to help me with all the Bars/Pubs onboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is what I have so far:

Celia, you have mail! I looked it up from the Compasses and the Deck plans from when we were on Mariner.

Hi. I am looking into taking a Mexican cruise early next year either on Norwegian or Royal Caribbean. Does Mariner of the Seas have soft serve ice cream available for no additional fee or is the only choice to pay for Ben & Jerry's? Also, does the room service have warm food like burgers and fries or only cold food like sandwiches? Thanks.

There is a frozen yogurt/ice cream machine (I believe it is near the pool area). This is free. Room service has hot and cold foods. It has very good hamburgers/cheeseburgers. :D

PMFan is correct - their soft serve ice cream is very good - and room service has the great burgers - I hope the Mariner has chicken Wings as they did on the Serenade last May ... I will be on the Mariner 2/22/09 for it's inaguaral from LA to the Mex. Riviera - any chance for that date for you? Corkey

Yes Mariner room service has the wings and they are wonderfull with the included blue cheese to dip in.They are not buffalo wings though so we bought a hot sause on the cruise in Ocho rios and use it as a condomint to make them into buffalo wings.They are great as is.
