deep sea fishing

anyone been.. will be in cozumel may 8 on rhapsody, son wants to deep see fish. any infor or recommendations on this...thanks

We have not personally used them, but have talked with 2 couples who have and were very pleased.

 

There is also a "fish chart" that Island Jim can send you that will tell what what kinds of fish are available during the time you will be on the island.

Do NOT use the DEEP SEA FISHING boat trip that is listed in the Carnival lines (see link below). I paid $138 for my wife to go while I scuba dived (GREAT!!!) and she and the 4 other guys sat there. Never grabbed a pole, nobody talked to them, the only catch was a bag that the 1 guy reeled in himself. It is a fishing boat RIDE. The ad hows food but there was only a bag a chips, moderate activity - just sat there. They did have beer which made the whole thing bearable. My scuba was less, beaches teh next day at progresso was great.

I'm waiting for carnival to respond to me to see waht they'll do.

 

Find another and ask if you fish or watch.
