Diabetics on QE2

My friend is booked in a MI grade cabin on QE2, but because he is diabetic, he needs a fridge to keep his insulin in. I know MI grade cabins do not have a fridge. Does anyone know what the arrangements are for Diabetics onboard? Does Cunard provide a fridge?

My Dad is Diabetic and we were on a cruise recently in a cabin with no fridge, my Dad had the same problem. We called room service and they brought us a mini-fridge we could plug in ,we used it for drinks as well , good hey ! :D

Maybe Cunard can do the same ! :)

regards,
