How do NCL transfers work?

We booked our air through NCL.

 

How does the NCL transfers work?

 

Does someone from NCL meet you at the airport?

There is usuallly a NCL person at the airport''s baggage claim area. You pick out your luggage and they will store it nearby to load your luggage on the transfer vehicle as they lead you to the vehicle. They will not meet you at the gate.

On my cruise (April 30, 2007, POH, pre-stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village on April 28) NCL met us at the gate.

We were also met at the gate by 2 NCL representatives.
