Spiced rum on RCI ships

Someone did`nt like the name MORGANS....I posted a few mins ago, asking if anyone knows of any alternative rum onboard similar to Morgans Spiced rum, which is popular in the UK, but not, it seems on RCI ships.

 

Any rum drinkers out there????

If you are referring to "Captain Morgans Spiced Rum," it is available on RCI ships.

Thanks for that, it was Captain Morgans Spiced Rum.....you have made my cruise, which is next week. I wont bother smuggling in that case !!!

If you happen to be stopping in Grand Cayman, there is a liquor store right next to the tender pier. There is a local brand of spiced rum (name escapes me though) that is even better than the "Captain." You will not be able to consume it on the ship though and will have to pack it in checked luggage if flying home from a US airport. Still an option if you want to try it.

If you want to drink it during your cruise, you'll have to bring your own. Liquor purchased in the duty free shop is delivered to your cabin the last day of the cruise.

Any spiced rum will do me. My cruise is in Europe, although I might just go to the Cayman Islands next time for the good stuff !!

I was on a Carnival cruise last year and they did`nt sell it.

Do RCI sell more than one type of spiced rum in the bars?

Just got off the NCL Dawn and I had to smuggle aboard the Captain. I tried to do a bar set up but they did not offer it. They did have it for a great price in the Duty Free Shop. $8.00 for a liter. Needless to say I loaded up for the ride home.
