Quebec tour

We're trying to decide whether to take a walking tour or bus tour of Quebec when we go there on our cruise in October. They're basically similar except the bus tour adds Cap Diamont and the Grand Allee. Are these worth seeing? If we take the bus tour we'll also have time to explore Quebec on foot and I'm thinking we could still see the Grand Allee. Thanks!

I don't think a bus tour is worth it. Quebec City is a great city to explore by foot (if I were you, I wouldn't even botter to take a tour, just explore by yourself). See the other thread about Quebec City, some good info.
