VISA Points Question

Recommended Posts

After paying final payment, I now have more points to use for onboard credit on our upcoming June cruise. Would it be too late to call for the vouchers, then use them on our end of June cruise?

Shouldn't be too late. They tell you it takes 4 to 6 weeks to receive your certificate(s) but I have always received mine within a couple of weeks. You can also pay for expedited delivery but I think it costs around $15 so it would depend on how many points you are cashing in as to whether it is worth it or not. I think you'll be fine with regular delivery if your cruise is not until the end of June.

Of course, you still have to turn around and mail them to C&A but I have read here on the boards of people calling C&A and giving them the certificate numbers before mailing if time is running short to ensure the credit is applied.

I'd call today and get the ball rolling.

It has never taken as long as they say. I wouldn't wait any longer though.

I call C&A when I mail them in. I be sure I have made copies, plus fax it to them. That way if they don't get them, I still have documentation.
