Ktbone Posted May 11, 2007 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2007 I made some by resizing the files from the website. If you can't do it give me an e-mail address and I'll send them to you.

Donna - dsw Posted May 11, 2007 #4 Share Posted May 11, 2007 They will have mini plans when you board the ship. I always pick one up and carry it with me. Also, get a brochure and they have the deck plans there that you can cut out if you must get them before you board.
derf5585 Posted May 11, 2007 #5 Share Posted May 11, 2007 Here is what I do. Go to http://www.carnival.com/CMS/Ships/FunShips.aspx I'll pick "Paradise" Click on "Deck Plans" I'll click "Main Deck" Right click on image and choose "Save image as" Were it says "Save In" choose a KNOWN FOLDER. The image I am working on is called "PAmain2.gif" And then choose "Save" Open "Microsoft Word" Change "View" go down to "Page Layout" Go to "Insert" go down to "Picture" and across to "From File" Where it says "Look In" go to your KNOWN FOLDER Choose your file name "PAmain2.gif" Then "Insert" Right click on image and choose "Format Picture" Choose "Size" In the box labled "Height" (the upper one) change it to "13" (Legal Size) Click "OK" Go to "File" the down to "Page Setup" Go to the "Margin" tab change top and bottom to 0.2" Go to the "Page Size" and choose paper size "Legal" Click "OK" Go to "File" down to "Print" Click "OK" (Ignore warnings)

Ktbone Posted May 11, 2007 #8 Share Posted May 11, 2007 I sent you the files for each deck and a word document with all the decks in order (L > R, Bottom to Top). I used this to orient my directionally challenged wife prior to leaving. It worked she only got lost a few times in 7 days.
derf5585 Posted May 19, 2007 #9 Share Posted May 19, 2007 Thanks everyone, Derf that was a lot of work just to answer thanks again. My e-mail is . No that was not just for you. Many moons ago I also wondered how to print deck plans. So by trial and error I worked it out. And have posted the information when someone asks "How do I print deck plans" doing a search of my own postings.
lollyrn Posted May 19, 2007 #10 Share Posted May 19, 2007 I've been trying to figure out how to print the deck plans as well. I have the brochure, but sadly, I can't read the plans well even with my glasses :( and I would like to enlarge them somehow! My printer doesn't enlarge very well and I'm computer challenged:eek:
