Caribe Cabin327?

Recommended Posts

My TA emailed and said we could be upgraded to a room with a bigger balcony on Caribe cabin 327. Anyone know anything of this location, good or bad? We presently have ALOHA 402 which looks good to me. I did notice the cabin on Caribe deck is RIGHT beside a doorway in hall.

Any advice would be great!

We were C328 last year which is the same cabin location, just different side of the ship. We loved this location. It is right between to forward and midship elevators, not too far away from the laundy room and right in the middle of the ship so not too much extra movement. I think you will really enjoy this cabin and the extra space on the balcony.

If balcony size is important to you, the Caribe deck balcony is sized 9 ft. wide x 9 ft. deep with ceiling cover over the first 5 ft. Your Aloha balcony would be sized 9 ft. wide x 5 ft. deep with full ceiling cover.

Hope this helps. Enjoy your cruise!

I am not sure which ship you are talking about. It would help us with advice.

But just talking cabins and not location, we never stay in anything but on Caribe deck. The baclonies are large and partially covered/partially open. The best of both decks and a size that can't be beat unless you're in a suite.

I just saw your other post and see that you are on the CB.

That room is excellent. It's away from either elevator banks and there is no one across the hall from you (so you don't have to hear their door slam all the time). That door is a fire door and stays open all the time. There is no worry that you will hear it open and close all the time.

Take the upgrade!! It's a great room!! Congrats.

(You want to send some of that luck over to me???)

Thanks for the comments. I'm receiving a few and all are good, just may make the change!

Great, thanks for the measurements. It sure will help and I guess an extra 4 ft will make a big difference.

Thanks again

Thanks for the 'push' and advice. Are you on this particular cruise? I think we will change and take the upgrade. What kind of good luck do you need? If I could help anyone I certainly would! I also can;t wait to post my review when I get back from my cruise.
