St. John tour?

Has anyone pre-booked a tour with a local company for St. John?

 

Last time we had a rather nasty encounter with a local cabbie. Our tour guide was not very friendly either. We'd researched the rates, etc. yet they charged us more and insisted that it was the current regulated price.

 

I'd rather plan ahead and have someone meet us at the ferry dock.
