White Mouse Posted May 15, 2007 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2007 Yes, that is a good question? Will the casino be open on a Qld cruise? I hope so, as I'm taking my mum, cheers Mouse
howsthis Posted May 15, 2007 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2007 Yes, the casino was open. I think it was sea days and nights. Same for duty free.

I thought duty free shops were only open whilst anchored at Willis Is? Isn't that the reason (and only reason) they go there? Karen
Star-Man Posted May 15, 2007 #6 Share Posted May 15, 2007 I thought duty free shops were only open whilst anchored at Willis Is? Isn't that the reason (and only reason) they go there? Karen there is some tricky rule that means all they have to do is anchor there for like 10minutes to allow the duty free shops to be open. Actually, i dont even think we dropped anchor there, because we certainly didnt actually stop. The duty free shops are open pretty much as soon as you leave brisbane. Didn't realise that being there for a (very) short while meant they could open anytime. Karen
