Carnival is taking their time...

I sail in 26 days and I still haven't got my paperwork or my refund back, should I be worried?

 

I wanted to call my TA again and ask, I called her last week too, but I don't want to be a pain in the side for her, do you think I should call her anyway to see or wait for a few more days?

I'd call. It can't hurt. We got our documents about 3-4 weeks prior to our cruise in July.

We sail on Sept.11 and we got our documents last Saturday. I would definitely call, it can't hurt anything to inquire.

We sailed in April - Received our documents 5 days before the Cruise left.

Got mine today (Woo Hoo!) and we sail on the 29th. I was starting to worry a bit myself. (Did the TA remember to book us? Did they forget to pay Carnival? Was it all just a dream?) But now that I have them, it's all going to be smooth sailing (Tropical Storms and Hurricanes or not.)

I finally got my docs this afternoon! Yeah! And I was upgraded from an 8A to an 8F! :D

 

My refund was because I cancelled the air part with Carnival and booked it threw my TA to save me $200. :)
