Jewelry and purses and shoes, oh my!

I just ordered two georgette dresses (marine blue, red) I think that the blue one would go with silver costume jewelry but what about the red??

Normally I don't like purses but I need to carry something, do I get purses (clutch) to match the two colours or can I use a black one I already have and just get one in blue?

Lastly, I ordered blue shoes, I already have some black thong slippers with a silver flower to centre, would they do or do I need red?

Any suggestions would be appreciated ladies!
