Help with transfer to Southampton

Has anyone done business with Smithsforairports or heard any feedback from those who have. Yes, I agree, their price is great and I am ready to book, just don't want to be stuck if at all avoidable.

I did the transfer last year from London to Southampton. We used the National Express Bus from London to Southampton. I think we got a web deal on their website and it only cost us about 8 pounds. It was very easy to do. They also stopped at Heathrow Airport on route to Southhampton.
