Has anyone sailed the upstream full itinerary on the Victoria Prince from Shanghai to Chongqing??

 

Looks like a great way to see more of China and to have a relaxing break in the middle of a very busy itinerary.

BCHappyGal - The upstream itinerary takes an extra day and on the Viking tour allowed for a visit to the Chonqing zoo (pandas). What is your full itinerary? If finishing in Beijing you will be very busy.

Yes we will be finishing in Beijing - 23 days at this point is my schedule in China including the Yangtze River cruise. We plan to visit Chengdu to see the Panda Breeding Centre and Dazu to visit the Buddhist Grottos then on to Xian and Beijing.
