Hotels in Long Beach

Hi,

 

We are going on the Pride 10/10/04. We are going to go over the day before and wanted to know if anyone has any advice on hotels in the area? We are looking for one that will let us park our car there for the week and also give us a ride to the pier. Thanks.

We stayed at the Westin Long Beach. Within walking distance of shops and resturants. We had a GREAT stay. Got it through a site where you pick your location and bid for $85. The Westin is what came up! They also feature the "heavenly bed".

I had planned on staying at the Coast Long Beach until I changed my curise to the 8-day out of San Diego. They had a park, breakfast buffet and Shuttle package for I think $120-130. They have a web site under http://www.coasthotels.com

We stayed at the Coast Long Beach hotel the night before our Pride cruise last month. It was great waking up to the Pride being right next door. They have a park and sail package that also includes breakfast.

We are staying at the Holiday Inn Longbeach downtown, as they are keeping our vehicle for the entire cruise w/underground parking security and shuttle service to the terminal and around town. We got it all for $99..I think it went up to $129. Not bad at all. Good luck!

We have 5 rooms there for our cruise 2 weeks later. The stay and park package rates are currently $140 per room for garden view and $160 per room for bay view. Bay view was sold out for our cruise 3 months out and only a few garden view left as well, so if you choose to go this route, book early. You just stay one night and park the car there for the entire week. Free shuttle to and from the port. Hope this helps!
