Thank you for asking

Trying to decide between Basel/Luc. to Amst. http://www.gate1travel.com/european-river-cruise/holland-symphony-9dbslams.aspx on the Amedeus Symphony next spring or the Prague to Budapest on the Bolero this fall http://www.gate1travel.com/european-river-cruise2/danube-prague-regensburg-vienna-budapest-13-07.asp. Would like some scenic river time-not just port time.

Any thoughts from anyone HOW to choose?

We've done the cruise to Budapest, as well. I think Budapest is quite underated. It was a wonderful city. I think the crusing was more scenic on the Basel/Amsterdam trip. We had one full day of crusing and that was on the most scenic part of the Rhiine. To Budepest, we were on the Danube. We were on the "Deutchland" which was fine, but I think the "Bolero" is a newer ship and the amenities and fit and finish are a bit higher standard.
