scuba-villefranche, corfu, dubrovnik?

Has anyone ever done any scuba diving at the mediterranean ports? I'd like to scuba in either villefranche, corfu, or dubrovnik. Villefranche would be great, but so far all I've found is scuba trips that leave at 9:30 (too early-ship docks at 10) or 2:30/3:00 (too late-it breaks up the day too much-there's no time to do anything before, and museums will be closed after.) I haven't researched the other 2 yet-I'm not sure it would work out, since I don't know Greek or Croatian language.
