GUAR Balcony upgrades?

I was told by my PVP when booking a balcony guarantee room on Legend that I absolutley would not be assigned an obstructed view room. Is this not the case?

 

If you book 8A guarantee you definately won't get an "obstructed" balcony. We've actually booked 7A obstructed balcony guarantee twice and were upgraded both times...8F and 8D

We have done balcony guarantee on all of our 9 cruises...always good upgrades...last one was lido...not sure how they do the upgrades but i doubt is has anything to do with past cruises....we only went to 8b on our upcoming jan. 08 cruise.:rolleyes:
