restaurants/bars with a good view

does anyone have any suggestions for a good place to eat lunch in st. lucia? We have a whole day there and wanted to eat lunch somewhere with a good view and have a few drinks. Also we were wanting to shop around a little too. I would appreciate any suggestions!

Sarah - You'd have to take a taxi ride or boat ride through Scuba St. Lucia to get there, but we LOVED our time at TiKaye resort off our last cruise. There is a funky but good (and reasonable) beach bar/restaurant right on the beach, and if you walk up the stairs the restaurant at the resort has a fantastic view of the cove below. Not sure if they serve lunch there; you'd probably want to check their web site. Ti Kaye is spectacular and beautiful and the cove has great swimming and snorkeling.

want to go to marigot bay? many restaurants there with a view of the famous marigot bay from dr.doolittle. you could eat at discovery hotel, VERY good food (expensive) but then u could go in the pools also shop and have coffee and the shopping centre there. or eat at any other restaurant there and take the ferry to the shopping centre
