Crowne Plaza at Sawgrass Mills

I posted this on the East Coast board & had no replies. So I am posting it here.

Has anyone ever stayed at this hotel pre cruise? It is about 12 miles from the port. My daughter works for one of their affiliates & can get us a room for 45.00 a night. Here is the link to their web site.

I stayed at this hotel a couple years ago through Priceline for a precruise stay. While it is not near the port, it is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff and the big plus for me was I am a die hard shopper and it is only a few minutes from the Sawgrass Mills Mall. Unless there has been a major change I would stay there again.

The hotel is still gorgeous. You can walk to the Saw Grass Mills directly across the street or Sam Club next door. It's barely a 20 minute ride to the port.

So far for my date ( march 8th, 2008) the best rate I can find in the FLL area is over $150.00 I would jump on a $45.00 rate - Lucky you!
