Casino Cash in Europe

I am sailing next Saturday on the Voyager of the Seas from Barcelona. Does the casino accept dollars or euros (beads and trinkets?)?

Recently back off the Navi to the Med.

Casino accepted both dollars and euros.

I will tell you that when we went from the airport to the ship, the taxis would only take euros. We used US $ in the casino. This was 8/06.

The last couple of nights on on the April 2007, Jewel of the Seas, Trans Atlantic they had signs (in several languages) posted in the casino stating US Dollars Only.

 

It is rare to find anyone in the European ports who will accept US dollars, especially since they are now only worth about 75 cents each compared to the euro.
