Please help, immigration information online?

I am sailing with Dianond Princess to Hawaii in January/08 flying into Los Angeles but I want to fill the online information so that I will have it done.

I'm from Canada.

 

My question is: the immigration form is asking what the address is while in US port (post cruise) what address do I use?

I checked on princess website and these are the only 2 addresses that's listed. Do I put in Princess Cruise Santa Clarita CA or Seattle WA? Is there another address I should be using?

 

Question #2...If I put in my credit card info now, Does Princess put a "hold" on the card? The cruise isn't until January and I'm sure I will be using the card between now and January

look beside the "US address" area (to the right) and note the word "examples"...click on that word

 

...if you are worried about the "hold", if there is one, then wait until later to fill in the credit card info
