Grandeur #8508

Recommended Posts

Hi...I booked Suite 8508 on the Grandeur for next year. The location is on the bow, 5 back from the bridge.

I just noticed on some threads that people say you can hear the anchor being lowerered/raised and there's lots of engine noise, etc. :(

Can anyone out there enlighten me a little? I sprung for the suite, since it's only a 5 day cruise and the price was right. All the Grand Suites on the Grandeur are near the bridge.

I've read how everyone loves the aft cabins.

In your opinions, would it be worth it for me to attempt a change to a Jr. Suite on the aft and cancel the Grand Suite? I booked through cruisequick. Will I have a problem with a switch?

Any info/comments will really be appreciated. :)

Thanks, everyone!

lbislander - thanks so much for the info.

I have contacted cruisequik to inquire about changing to a jr. suite in the aft. It's just DH and I, so space isn't a major concern, but a balcony is a must.

Since I have over a year for this cruise, I figured I should make any changes early on.

sailormoon - good luck
