When you book with a PVP and you see.....

When you book with a PVP and you see a price drop, do you need to get the obc from the pvp you booked with, or can you call Carnival and speak to whoever answers the phone?.......Example you see the price drop, and they're away for the week-end..........what would you do/have you done?

MY PVP always leaves someone's name and extension on her voice mail whenever she is not in the office. If they do not do that I don't see why you could not speak with any PVP to take care of that for you. :)

That happened to me once. I copied the information about the reduced rate into my email and she took care of it when she got back. Give Carnival a call instead of waiting...perhaps the customer service people can help you with that.
