cruizinmimi Posted June 8, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2007 I need some feedback from anyone who has had personal experience from the Freedom of the Seas staying in a cabin either on Deck 2 or Deck 3. Esp. Deck 3. Any noise from the ON AIR, etc. OR what about Deck 2. Any info you can give me. Thank you

paradise4me Posted June 10, 2007 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2007 We were just in 3624 and 3622. Very nice rooms and very quiet. Great location to dinner also!
Twix'n'Wispa Posted June 10, 2007 #4 Share Posted June 10, 2007 we're on 3 deck next week for 2 weeks, I'll let you know how we found it on our return if it's not too late for you :)
Smileeface Posted June 10, 2007 #5 Share Posted June 10, 2007 We just got back yesterday from Liberty Of The Seas, cabins 3622 and 3624 (funny that the member above me had the same cabins on Freemdom:) ...anyway, those rooms are very soundproof. Whenever I got a knock on the door and asked who it was, I had trouble hearing them. The cabins seem to be well soundproofed. I don't think you'll need to worry. Twix'n'Wispa Posted July 5, 2007 #6 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Just to say cabin 3318 on Freedom was a perfect location, convenient for the restaurants, the lifts to take you to the Windjammer & pool deck, no noise whatsoever :)
EggDropErin Posted July 5, 2007 #7 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Deck 2 was nice and quiet. We were in room 2666 OV and my parents and DH's parents were right across the hall in Inside. None of us had any complaints about the noise.
BTSEN5 Posted July 5, 2007 #8 Share Posted July 5, 2007 I need some feedback from anyone who has had personal experience from the Freedom of the Seas staying in a cabin either on Deck 2 or Deck 3. Esp. Deck 3. Any noise from the ON AIR, etc. OR what about Deck 2. Any info you can give me. Thank you I stayed in 2588 a couple of weeks ago and it was as quiet as can be. I never heard any noise and slept so well every night. There also was no ship noise at all.
Tikibird Posted September 4, 2007 #9 Share Posted September 4, 2007 Bumping up an older thread. The cheapest cabins are on Deck 2, same as the ice rink. The posters above have said this deck is not noisy. Yet the cheapest cabins "Q" class are on Deck 2 interior aft. Why are they considered so undesirable? Also, is it preferable to book the corner interior cabin so you only have one neighbor or better to be in the middle of a row of cabins? One more question. Which deck do you board tenders from?
