Scallop/rissoto starter on Rhapsody

Does anyone have the recipie for this, it was wonderfull as was the beef and veal ravioli type starter. mmmm I would have had both of those as entrees.

Hi, I don't have the recipe. But, on a prior cruise, I mentioned to our waiter how much I loved this appetizer (while giving my order) and jokingly said I could eat enough for my whole dinner. He smiled, and told me he could bring out a larger portion as my entree. Service like that is part of the reason I love cruises. :)
