Is it all sand in Labadee

I was wandering if there is cement when you get off the tender or is it all sand. We have been there before but it has been a few years and I was wandering if there is any cement. My husband is in a wheelchair and he doesnt care for the beach wheelchair. He did that the last time we were there. Thanks for all your help
