Excursions Reviews needed: Carnival spirit

Has someone who has either been on these excursions or know about them give me a review of the experience?

 

Ixtapa: Bike and Snorkel

 

Acapulco: Kayaking at Roqueta Island

 

Manzallino: Colonial Tour

 

I am planning on doing them through Carnival, as it's my first cruise so I'm a bit worried about individual planning, but since they are expensive, I'd at least like to hear some reviews.

In Manzanillo, we went on the Magic Pueblos tour and it was great. It is similar to the Colonial Tour. In fact, the two tours have lunch together in a restaurant.
