ChinaPlus Tour Company/Victoria Anna Cruise?

My husband and I are considering a trip to China. After reading volumes of literature from the different tour companies, we found ChinaPlusTours, which seems to offer a happy medium between independent travel and the large tour groups of Viking and Uniworld. ChinaPlus also uses the Victoria Anna for the Yangtze River Cruise portion. Have any of you Cruise Critic members taken a trip with ChinaPlusTours, or cruised on the Victoria Anna? All advice/opinions - pro and con are appreciated!
