anyone been on grand princess and had a ocean view balcony

hi all

any tips with a ocean view balcony? don't know whether or not its aft or forward. Does that make a great deal of difference???

Balcony view will be essentially the same except for true aft cabins. Balcony size is 9 x 5 except on Caribe deck, where it is 9x9. Balcony room is the same in all cabins. Location determines the rest of the difference in category. Center of ship is higher cat. than at either end on the same deck, due to less movement. BUT, lower decks are usually less costly and still less movement. Go figure.

Category BB, on the Caribe deck is very nice! We've had forward on Lido (great location, but smaller balcony), and the rest were aft on Caribe. That's our favorite! I think it's windier towards the front. The motion doesn't bother me, so I don't choose with that in mind. Just bring something with you in case you need it.
