Just confirmed all the details and am VERY excited. I've only gotten through about half of the thread, but anything special we should try to do? I see this thread hasn't been too active lately...

We're stopping in CocoCay and Key West...Can't Wait!

Does anyone know which is the formal night on the 4-Night?

Also, how early can we board on the first day, and how late can we stay before they kick us off on the last day?

It is the second day. Boarding usually starts around 11:30. sorry, don't know the answer to the last one though!

We were on board at 11:30. We arrived at Port Everglades around 10:30, we had to wait about a half an hour then we went through security and checked-in.

We just got back last week. I just checked my paperwork and the travel lite people were able to start disembarking at approx. 8:30 a.m. The last group was to start at approx. 10:20 a.m. The dining room was open for breakfast that morning from 6:30 to 8:30, as well as the Windjammer.

We did the Keywest, Coco Cay itinerary and really enjoyed it. In Key West we rented scooters and just rode around the island and really enjoyed our selves. In Coco Cay we did the waverunner excursion and it was GREAT. Chops is a must. The service there was impeccable.

Carol-lamb, how was your cruise on the EOS, what did you have for a cabin...how was the ..food, ect? Our entire family sails on her in July!!! :D

plumbers wife, we really had great time on EOS. It was our first time on a cruise and I just loved it. We had two rooms on deck 3 - a large oceanview cabin for my husband and I, and an interior cabin for two of our kids. Our statement room attendant was excellent and the cabins were very nice. Actually, my son got married on the ship before it set sail - thus the reason for the cruise!! My son who is in college was not happy about having to miss several days of school and was pretty grumpy about the whole thing, but he had a great time, as did my 15 year old daughter. We went to the shows every night, including the game shows. The shows were very good and the game shows were a lot of fun.

We were on a four day cruise and our ports were Coco Cay and Key West. Coco Cay was very relaxing and we had a great time in Key West. My husband has been there several times and was our tour guide.

The food for the most part was pretty good - some meals were better than others. We ate dinner in the dining room every night and the service was superb. We had a great waiter and assistant waiter. We had breakfast in the Windjammer every morning and I would highly suggest the made to order omelettes - they were very good. We only ate one lunch on the ship and that was in the dining room and it was very good. I thought the lunch at Coco Cay was just okay. We had a great lunch at a mexican restaurant in Key West.

Of course, I have nothing to compare this cruise with, but we were very pleased with how everything turned out. They really did an excellent job with the wedding and the cruise afterwards was wonderful. I thought the service on this ship was excellent and I felt that we were treated like royalty!!

Thank you so much for the info..we are sailing on the 4 Day on 3/13 also. Just booked it last night -nothing like a last minute getaway!

Does anyone have information for my 14 yr old? We are taking her for her birthday. We love to cruise but this is her first time on RCCL.

Also, is there a formal night on the 4 day? We always enjoy that evening.

Bert 64 -- my husband and I will also be on the March 13th cruise also...

I'm getting the feeling a lot of people have booked this looking for a last minute getaway! I know that's what we did.

I've seen the price jump up a little bit over the past week - we actually missed a lower price debating on whether or not to go, and when I saw it went up, I decided there was NO more time for debating, we were going! :p

There are so many fans of this ship and this board has gotten so quiet during the time when i need it most.. getting real antsy to cruise ~~~

I agree...going on the Enchantment on the 13th and I've been trying to find out as much as I can, but it seems info about the Enchantment is slim, compared to some of the other ships...maybe that's a good thing...

HI Lauire, We are going on her the begining of July? Were was your cabin

located? This our 25th/50th wedding anniversarys (DH & I & my parents)!

We are in the grand oceanview suites on deck 8 near the bow (this is a big treat, but hey is 25/50 years...lol)i! I was just concerned about the noise because the Windjammer is above us? How was the food? Our kids, along with my sisters love pingpong, basketball and the arcade! Did you see any of those on board! Thanks, Nat

I hate to say you may hear chairs being moved around when they are cleaning, but I doubt it'll be an issue. How was the food? The food was good, but there has been a decline in it since my first cruise in 2002. It was nice, but definitely not a 5-star meal. We did eat at Chops and THAT was very, very good! Our kids, along with my sisters love pingpong, basketball and the arcade! There is no basketball court, I didn't see any ping-pong and there was an arcade on the EnchantmentDid you see any of those on board! Thanks, Nat

Hope that helps!

We were just on the Enchantment at the end of Feb, and there were two ping pong tables by the entrance to the Solarium. They were right next to all the big windows surrounding the pool, so you have a great view when you're not watching the ball. They even had a couple of ping pong tournaments.

EDIT: I should say entranceS to the Solarium, there was one table on each side.

Thanks, my twin sons and my godson (early teen years) had a ball on the Wonder playing ping pong! Who would have thought? They had games going on with other kids, it was great! (and this helped to limit the arcarde time, it was driving my BIL nuts)! Does anyone know how big the arcade is?

I only walked by the arcade once and it didn't look very big. A few machines and an air hockey table maybe.

We walked through the arcade and it was pretty small. A few games and air hockey as the previous poster said. Behind it is a teens-only area that we were actually thrown out of, LOL. We walked in for a moment and were asked to leave immediately. I guess that was a good reminder of what it's like for the under 21s.

We had connecting cabins on Deck 4 in February and loved the location! We were just off the Centrum and it was so convenient. I thought the food was excellent, some of the best I've had. It was the first cruise for my three grown sons and they loved it and loved the Enchantment. It really is a wonderful ship. I would go back in a second. (In fact, it was this cruise that converted me from a Carnival fan to a RCCL fan!) :D

EMTRA!!! Please share your trip w/us?? How was the Enchantment? We sail in late June with three family's!! How was the food, service, ship??

Hi there! I will definitely post a review and LOTS of pictures from our cruise on my Webshots link below. We fly home tomorrow. The trip was wonderful but of course too short! (aren't they all???) :) I am sitting here in FLL at the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Beach looking out at a beautiful day while DH and DD are sleeping..it was that much fun!!! We now need a vacation from vacation!

I will say we had a wonderful staff, dining room service was amazing, some of the food was good but not great as others have stated but I think they are working on it. We had fabulous tablemates and our servers FUTU and YU were amazing as well as our head waiter Petar. It was the first cruise where our head waiter was interacting with us EVERY evening and working right along with the crew.

I took some pictures of menus and room service was a very short list..but I have it.:) I don't know if others agree or not but I was very impressed with the variety that was served in the WJ.

Weather was absolutely beautiful and we made it to CoCo Cay. Key West was wonderful too - we had my 14yr old with us so we didn't get too crazy..but in the future if you want a FUN port go on the weekend of St. Patrick's Day..we were sad that we could not stay longer as Kenny Chesney was playing (free) at Sloppy Joe's that evening. Day at Sea was HOT! The deck was full of happy people but I have to mention I really did not notice any "spring breakers". We had fun with the Geiko group! (about 250 of them right?) I will miss the casino with all of them tonight. :(

Anyway, I'm not sure which itinerary you are doing but the ship looks great. They were putting in new carpet on stairs on floors 6 & 7 while we were onboard. Also, when I left this morning they were sanding and looked like they were going to refinish the balcony room wood railings.

Was onboard when our Captain and a passenger were airlifted for medical emergencies. Recent update from the CD..they are both doing well. We are so relieved. It was kind of them to keep us posted throughout the cruise..they certainly didn't have to (privacy) but did so in such a professional and heartfelt manner.

Room - we had a balcony on 7 with a sofa sleeper.

If you need any other answers feel free to ask..I will be online for awhile while these two nap away! :D

I almost forgot..the bungee trampolines were a BIG HIT with everyone from little ones to us grown ups! DD loved them. Pics to come...
