Mine was Bombay Sapphire Gin. On the Rocks. worked for me!

On the Century, my wife ordered a Cosmo. Bartender wasn't there yet, so Eddie mixed it. Wife thought it was great. Next night, the bartender was there. Wife didn't like taste--so Eddie mixed another for her. Every night thereafter, Eddie mixed her drink. Yes, he got an extra tip.

Foo Foo or not they are great. Becky what is in them is:

Van Gogh Duch Chocolate Vodka

white creme de cacao

dark creme de cabco, ice cream mix.

I am not sure what ice cream mix is?? Hope thats helps. Do not forget to put the chococate syrup in the bottom of the glass I think they just used hersheys.

No idea what it is you're searching for ... but in my very humble opinion ... from what I read, what you are drinking are foo foo drinks, not martinis.

Or they could just be called a "cocktail in a Martini Glass":D ;)

This topic goes wayyyy back. I realize the purist will say

none of these "specialty drinks" are Martinis. And I suppose

they are right.

But they are delicious and the names are probably not

going to change.

Oh well, I love a Flirtini, A Martini Delight, Creamy Chocolate,

Expressotini, Peach,...well you get the drift, there are many of them

that are delicious:D whatever you call them!

It was a martini served in the martini bar on the Summit last year on our two week Hawaii trip. It was called the century martini, it was blue and citrusy. Definitely had lemon juice in it. I'm pretty sure it had Blue Curacao in it (hence the blue color). I had the recipe, and now I can't find it!

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Vicki

The only one on the Martini menu from the Century that has blue curacao is called the Blue Wave. It has Bombay Sapphire Gin, peach schnapps blue curacao dash of fresh lime juice. I never had a martini untill I tried the sampler of 6 different Martini on the Century. :) :) :)

My favorite by far was the "Magic Martini," but other than Scotch and Frangelico, I can't remember all the ingredients. Anyone have 'em? Thanks in advance!

The Magic was my favorite also

Two Oz. Vodka

One Oz. Frangellica

Touch of Scotch

Hint of Vermouth (I imagine the sweet one)

Good luck, and enjoy!
