If you had to choose one thing to do....

We are getting married in the late afternoon in St. Thomas, so we only have a limited amount of time from mid morning (we arrive at 9) through early afternoon (wedding prep). I want to make the most of that time, but we also have guests flying to meet us at St. Thomas, so I want to do something with them.
