Horseback Riding - Which Island?

We will be traveling on AoS Southern Caribbean cruise. My daughter loves horsebacking riding - but some of the other members in our party are not as excited about doing it. I found places on 3 of the Islands that offer riding... but I am interested to hear experiences of anyone who has done it. My daughter and I are experienced riders and we both loved the riding in Jamacia.

Our current choices are:

Barbados - Horse Tails and Turtle Shells - with Just Breezing Water sports

St Lucia - Trim's Riding Stables

St. Martin - Bayside Riding Club
