Amateur pianist banned

The Times (of London) reports that an amateur pianist was banned from playing on Silver Whisper... because his hands were not insured! He has now taken out insurance on his hands, and SS will allow him to play.

I can fathom them requiring performers to have liability insurance, but to require them to insure their body parts is absurb. Do the dancers have to insure their legs?
