Car Rental in Puerto Montt & Punta Arenas

Hi there,

 

we are thinking about renting a car in both Puerto Montt and Punta Arenas. I know that Hertz, Avis and Budget have offices in those cities. Does anyone know which one(s) are walking distance from the tender pier?
