San Juan Hotels? HELP!

I don't have any info regarding those hotels but wanted to let you know that we have booked at the Coral Princess Inn, in San Juan. It is a small, no frills inn that has received excellent reviews both here and on Tripadvisor and is very affordable.

Good luck!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Isla Verde. Very nice place with an incredible free "continental" breakfast that included many hot items not normally found.

The pool area is gorgeous. There is a little bar/food stand at the pool that served the most delicious burgers, of all things.

We were so impressed with the property, that, since that trip, we only book Hampton Inns unless absolutely impossible.

One thing I learned about San Juan hotels is that the ones with casinos charge an extra tax, something like 18%, even if you do not intend on setting foot inside. If you want the casino, disregard the above message. :D
