Can anyone tell me which Hotwire zone would include the Manhattan pier (HAL)?

Looking at the Hotwire zones map for Manhattan, I don't believe any of the zones specifically includes the pier. However, I don't think that should matter much to you because it's such a short distance to the pier (i.e., short cab ride) from anywhere in midtown. With that in mind, I think you would be fine with the Times Square-Theatre District, Midtown Central, or Midtown South.
