Recommendations for waiter in Palm Dining Room?

Has any one had a stand out waiter while dining in the Palm on the CB? We had Rommel last October, he was excellent but doubt he's still there. We sail August 5, looking for suggestions.

Chances are that anyone that's recommended won't be there when you sail. Waitstaff are rotated between dining rooms and they come and go on their contracts. If you were sailing next week and someone from this week recommended a waitstaff, then your chances would be good.

We found Rommel through Cruise Critic recommendations weeks in advance. Thought it would be worth a try again.
