leaving from NYC 9/15 for New England aboard Carnival Victory. we are driving from western PA and would like to spend the night before across the river in NJ. Does anyone know of any stay/park hotels that offer shuttle service?

None.

 

Your best bet is to find a decent hotel at a good price and park at the pier. Parking in that area is expensive and any hotel that offers it for free or less than the going rate can't get customers any other way.

 

Consider it a big red flag.
