Where to Scuba Western Caribbean?

We will sailing the Western Caribbean on the Mariner next June, what port would you recommend for scuba diving. Certified but never been scuba diving, what area would be the best. We have the following ports:

Labadee

Grand Cayman

Cozumel

Jamacia

For those ports, the best without a doubt would be Cozumel and Grand Cayman, in that order.
