Thanks to these boards my daughters' family will now be able to travel to Costa Rica for their vacation. They have been waiting for months for their passports and after reading some of the posts I learned that calling your congressman works. Anyway, after giving his office the needed info they called back within 2 hours and were told that the passports are in Los Angeles and will be FedXed to them tonight!
