Itinerary Arrival Time Question

Rookie question here - we are going on our first cruise this up coming February and are starting to look at booking excursions. When our sailing itinerary says arrive in port at 9am, what time do you really get off the boat? I expect there are lines or a bit of a wait while everyone gets off? In case this helps, all of our ports are docked, none of them are tendered. Thanks!

If your RCCL itinerary says at port 9-6, 9 is when they start letting people off (usually, sometimes it can be a bit later depending on arrival time, clearing customs if needed, etc.)

Depending on which ship and where you are, sometimes the land time is different than ship time. Check here on CC w/someone who has done your cruise recently and might have the Compasses available. We sailed Western Caribbean last fall, booked Capt Marvin's in Cayman for the 10:30 trip and discovered they were an hour behind us so we jumped on the 9:00 trip instead because we were so early at their offices

Hope this helps!
