River Rafting

I will be in Montego Bay next month on the Rhapsody. Does anyone have suggestions for independent tours that go river rafting on the Martha Brae (sp?) Most of the threads I have read about Jamaica give info on Dunns River and Ocho Rios.

Actually I am looking for a tour where you paddle your own boat. I read about some river rafting tours yesterday and most seem to involve sitting on a raft while the guide rows for you. I think I was mistaken-perhaps a kayak tour:confused: Anyone???
